I'm a clinical psychologist by degree, a college professor by trade, and a fangirl at heart.

I identify as female, I like women, and I tend to talk a lot about women and women's issues, particularly sexuality and sexual expression (my geeky academic research area). I get really geeky about female sexuality in the fannish context-- both intertextually and in fandom spaces.

I enjoy being a fan and I can squee with the best of us, but for people who don't enjoy serious business discussions and reactions, my journal might not be the right match.
